The Morning Motivation Club is designed to help you build nurturing habits that set a positive, soothing tone for the rest of your day. Whether you’re looking for a grounding moment before a busy day or simply want to establish a morning routine that supports you, this practice is for you.
There’s no need to roll out a mat or get into any complicated poses—this is your time, your way. You can stay cozy in bed (as long as you're seated!) or create a space that feels right for you. Each session is crafted to gently ease you into your day with mindful movement, meditation, and a moment to arrive.
At the end of each session, we’ll offer a journaling prompt or affirmation, so if you’d like to dive deeper into your thoughts, have a notebook nearby—but there’s absolutely no pressure to do so. This is all about your practice, your pace.
You can join us every morning for consistency or drop in when it feels right—no judgment, no rules. Life happens, and booking or canceling last minute is completely fine.

No, you don't have to join every morning! While consistency can be really powerful, the Morning Motivation Club is flexible. You can join as often as you like—whether that’s every day, a few times a week, or whenever you need a reset. The goal is to help you start your day with intention, but it's all about what works best for you.

Sessions are held Monday to Friday at 7 AM UK time via Zoom.

After signing up, you’ll receive an email witth access to The Clubhouse. Here you can easily book your sessions, see the daily Journalling Prompt and Affirmation, and lots of handy resources to level-up your mornings!

Not at all! You don’t need to have a mat for this practice. You can do it from the comfort of your bed (as long as you’re seated), or wherever you feel most comfortable. Just make sure you have a little space around you to move.

Cameras are optional, but it’s recommended for added accountability.However, if you’d rather keep your camera off, that’s absolutely fine. This practice is all about you feeling comfortable and grounded.

At the end of each session, I’ll offer a journaling prompt to help you reflect on your practice and start your day with intention. You don’t have to write if you don’t want to, but if you feel like it, having a notebook nearby will make it easier to jot down your thoughts.

No, there is no minimum commitment. This is a rolling monthly subscription, so you’re free to join or cancel whenever it fits your schedule.

We’d be very sorry to see you go, but of course you can! If you’d like to cancel, just head to your account and make the change. Please be aware that due to the software your cancellation will be effective immediately. You can re-join at any time!
